Stuff that has survived

I have been going down memory lane with pictures lately. Remembering my kids as babies and newborns and all the stuff we have gone through, makes me so proud of who and how far we have come as a family of four, it also makes me excited to become a family of five. I am excited that several of our bigger items have survived our many moves and I cant wait to take pixs of baby 3 using the same toys, beds, chairs as Thais and Tiago.

The table - Thais at 6 months

Tiago at 7 months

Traveling Vibrating Chair- Thais as a newborn

Our "high chair"- Thais being too cute

Thais 1st birthday cake in the chair

Tiago blowing bubbles

Tiago feel asleep while eating

Not sure if baby 3 will be a tummy sleeper like Tiago was but in case we still have the lil sleeper bed

and finally the thing I am shocked that has survived with all our traveling, not just talking moves from Montreal to Vancouver to Detroit to Rochester but also all of our visits to San Diego, Utah, Harrisburg and Brasil. This pak n play made it through all that and gave my children a sense of "home" no matter where we went. Now its time for baby 3 to sleep in this bed.

Morning with Nana

This actually took place on Saturday before papa's game but I forgot to post it and since we did nothing but church and movies on Sunday, I am posting it on Sunday instead of Saturday. I used to go with my mom on these free adventures but now she takes the kids herself and its the kids morning with Nana time and I love it and so do they!

First they went to a celebration of Dr Seuss Birthday at Target and Thais got to where the hat and sit in the big chair and the kids got baggies full of goodies too

Group story time

Then they went to a free movie and afterwards they went to Lakeshore for free crafts this week was again a Dr Seuss celebration

Sockers Final Game

Well it is official, I have attended my last Sockers game as a mother of only 2 children. Well 2 children that I actually take to the game and this game I only took Thais, Tiago went with Papa 2 hrs before the game and had a blast as usual. I literally showed up to the stadium asking, "Anyone seen my kid?" I found him in the players box with the trainers "helping" while both teams were warming up on the field. From there we met out friends and their kids and had them do on field introductions as usual. One friend whom we like to call papa's "#1 fan" got chosen to hold the Canadian Flag since we were playing against Edmonton. He was really proud of that! The boys played soccer with Socko the mascot which was quite hilarious. We make it back to our seats and watch an exciting game, not quite a nail biter as we were winning the entire match but the passes and shots and goals were all on key and worked so well together, which is great since this as the last game of the regular season. Now they have playoffs in 2 weeks in Cincinnati. It was fan night and they gave out balls and free tickets and our friends caught a ball after a goal was scored, it was a really fun night. It was cold and we had some rain but nothing hot chocolate and kettle corn couldnt fix and did. I feel like an era has ended, it has been since Montreal days that I have been going to games with 2 kids and now that has all ended. Another great season of watching papa and the Sockers in my home town playing on my home team. Really special times right now and to think the next game we will have baby 3 with us. I just love it and am so excited for the next chapter of our lives.

I got videos, news articles and lots of photos to share, so many that I only posted some. I have 3 friends who take photos of the games so I dont have too and I took some of my own this time. Enjoy and CONGRATS to the Sockers on winning their division, and having the best record in the league for the 2nd straight year! Oh did I mention papa scored? Yeah check the high light video!

Tiago behind Socko

On the field for intros and as the players ran by, Tiago basically attacked them if they didnt slap his hand, i seriously thought he was going to trip one of them.

Tiago first in line and ready to go with his ball they gave him too. He gets one almost every game and practice now, Im just going to start giving them back so he has his own supply.

Thais wasnt happy we made her leave the bounce house area so here she is pouting in the box below ours. She came back fine and apologized a few minutes later but I love taking pixs of her pouting lol!

Blowing the air horn

Tiago liked blowing it right in Thais's face, most was spit I think, lol!

and on the field after the game

My cousin Jordan and her boyfriend Darren on the field too
