3 Cities, 3 days, now thats what I call a weekend

Well after a whirl wind of a weekend, we are home. Saturday we went to Harrisburg and Hershey and had a wonderful Christmas. Sunday Ze had a game in Baltimore, so we drove down there. Monday my Kenyan girlfriend was in Newark, so we drove up there and hung out for awhile then spent the rest the day in New York City, before driving home. It was tons of fun, Brooklyn Bridge, Manhatten, went to Times Square and Madison Square Garden. And watch the sun set under the Statue of Liberty. It was a weekend to remember with my fiance, thats for sure. Now back to wedding planning..... oh and I found out one of my bridesmaids got engaged this Christmas. I couldnt be happier for both of them. Wishing everyone a SAFE and Happy New Year!!!!!!

2 1/2 weeks

Ok so it has been 2 1/2 weeks since my last entry. I can explain. First I had Christams shopping and shipping to do. Living so far away from family, we had to do everything real early, so that took about a week to do the shopping, wrapping, packing and shipping. Second while on weekends, everyone else has days off, thats when Ze has games, so our entire weekend is busy busy busy. We finally rest on Monday. So while you may have the whole weekend to do stuff, we dont. And the most important reason besides paying bills and visitors in town and every day things..... the main reason I have not updated this blog or even done anything extra in my days are..... my workout. Oh my goodness... it is killing me. I go to the gym by 8:30am every morning and usually leave around 11:30am. I do classes, I run, I lift weights, I do just about everything they have in that gym, all week. I get home about the same time Ze does and we eat and i watch soaps and relaxe and always pass out for an afternoon nap. It hurts to lay down, it hurts to sit up, it hurts just to lie still. But regardless, I just got an e-mail reminding me I have less than 11 weeks. So I will get my butt moving again. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We will be in Harrisburg and Baltimore this weekend. Like I said, weekends are busy busy busy, but be expecting e-mails soon with more details. Ciao for now....-h

Bridal Town

I dont think most of you know what Bridal town is. It is like going to a video arcade when you were a kid, (or yesterday). Bridal town is outside of Philadelphia and is a super store for brides. http://bridaltown.com/ Just look at the pic on the front page, its like a doll house for adult women. Anyways, I will be going there tomorrow. Ze has been slightly hurt, so he isnt playing at this moment, so when the team goes out of town..... He is stuck with me and with no excuses. I love it. UPDATE: Things are moving ahead finally in the wedding planning. We have a meeting with a local church on Monday, to see if all the pre-marriage counseling courses can be fulfilled before our wedding date and with our crazy schedules. We have picked out our invite, but cant print them till we know if we can get married in the church or not. I have been corresponding with the hotels in San Diego for all the out of town guests. The work out is fun, this week I have done step class, kick boxing, pilates, swimming, body sculpting and cycling, not to mention weights and treadmill. It is working though, I lost 5 pounds so far. So slowly but surely, the plans are moving ahead....
